Hors D'Oeuvres made up of one or two bites… An array of flavors presented in easy to grab pieces- elegant and fun, our selections are often include a variety of meats, seafoods, and vegetarian items. We create new twists on old favorites and comfort foods, reflective of modern styles and flavor profiles. This full service option is perfect for a cocktail party, elegant reception.
Heavy and Displayed Hors D’Oeuvres
A combination of silver serving platters on the table with a few smaller items offerings to be passed. Usually incorporating a Generous Artisan Cheeseboard, these items are larger and more hearty than the passed appetizers, yet all eaten by hand. This style of party is perfect for longer events, usually involving more libations!
Buffet, Seated and family Style Meals
Whether it be a more formal sit down and plated meal, a lively buffet, or carving and interactive station, our meals will add to your celebration with delicious food in conjunctions with southern hospitality. Our menus take their direction from the seasons and are customized for each special occasion. Over the years we have catered clambakes and dessert bars, from Moroccan and Mexican feasts to laid back farm dinners. We have curated elegant sit down benefits, family-style rehearsal dinners and multiple serpentine buffet stations.
Self-Serve Buffet Service
With this option, all guests serve themselves in a buffet line manner. In addition, service includes full setup & cleanup of equipment for dining purposes (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).
Bulk Catering Service (Drop-Off)
With this option, the food is prepared, packaged in bulk & delivered directly to the client’s specified location. Please note that plates, cups, silverware, napkins, serving utensils and steam table setup services will be the client’s responsibility. However, we do offer those services for a small fee. There is an optional cleanup service with this option.
